While he is a Cowboy, he's been doing some pretty damn compassionate stuff lately. People need to relax about all of this being a publicity stunt. You don't get in the news for it because you're not a celebrity, plain and simple.

Clever from a person that wishes he was from Dallas.

    THERE IS NO SPOON

(This, of course, explains why I always have so much trouble eating my cereal)

For most rich people, their time is worth more than 20 bucks. It's easy for someone to give five bucks to a homeless person and feel good about yourself. I've done that many times. To spontaneously (not from charity event) hang out with them is another story... and especially if you're rich.

Try it, I bet you'll feel uncomfortable.

I'm in Best Buddies, which hangs out with poor, mentally handicapped children and teenagers. I know how uncomfortable it can be.

I had a buddy in high school and college. Now I'm just involved finacially.

    So I get it.

That's what makes this story so great. Publicity stunt or not. Even if it was.... which is highly doubtful... it's a lot of time and work and something only a genuine person would be able to pull off. Romo fits that bill.

Well of course Romo is not "from" Dallas.

    I'm joking..

Romo is a good guy. I was dead wrong about him I thought he was insanely over hyped he is really really good.

your assumption is wrong, though. its impossible to hit a nerve when we are on the internet. i dont take the internet seriously.

my only point is this: after reading your entire body of work on this board, I declare mlwoo a huge douchebag and a prolific troll. you are a joke that should be ridiculed at every opportunity.

He has a history of doing good stuff like this. Helping out a stranded motorist,ect...Why not just give the dude credit for being a good person? Amazing that people think it's some sort of publicity stunt.
