I am not solid the Eagles win the division. I still think the Giants and Boys will make a run on them.

But the Eagles played hard and well. McNabb really was the difference. Top to bottom Dallas is better, more playmakers on both sides, but fire (emotion) and great QB play versus sucky QB play can make up for a lot, and it did. Reid did outcoach Parcells, Parcells was way too conservative (3rd and 1s in part) and Reid and Johnson made all the right calls at the right time.

Also, Bledsoe was bad, and is a major problem. I don't think the Boys can win a road playoff game with him, and I don't see them ever catching the Bears or Seattle even if they win the division. It is too hard to run an offense with a statue QB who turns the ball over under pressure, and Bledsoe does.

But Bledsoe did not cause the 3 major secondary breakdowns that was the Iggles offense. The Boys D did really controll the Iggles most of the time--only 52 yards on the ground and giving up only 16 1st downs, 3 gaffes--all by their safeties, really killed them.

Owens is old, they would have been better off spending that money on a quarterback.

Most awesomest take on the Dallas-Philly game belongs to Dan Patrick on his radio show today, discussing the Fox broadcast of the game:

"What Fox did not understand is that this game was NEVER about Terrell Owens."

Guess he missed his network's past week of programming.

It's amusing how Tony Romo is now the solution at quarterback over Bledsoe. God forbid Romo does replace Bledsoe and has one or two bad games cause then everyone will be calling for his head. For some reason, a lot of people think Tony is going to come in and be the cure-all at QB even though there is nothing to suggest he can do the job besides a few pre-season games where he did okay.

As bad as Bledsoe was in this game, the idea that Tony is going to come in and be so much better than Bledsoe at this stage is a bunch of wishful thinking. Sure, you can give him a shot...though. It's anyone's guess as to how it turns out. I guess they can always go back to Bledsoe if it doesn't work out.

The fact is...the Cowboys are not a championship team. I'm a fan and even I admit that. Sure, they look good on paper but that's about it at this point. Their still playing like last year's team...a team that will probably end up slightly above average. It does kind of boggle the mind when you look at all our supposed strengths.

We share the same brain!!! I heard that very thing. Is someone from ESPN seriously suggesting that another network spent too much time talking about Owens? That would be funny if it weren't so sad.

Soon to be heard on ESPN: "The thing that Fox has not figured out is that the MLB playoffs were NEVER about just the Yankees."

i would much rather have romo in there throwing the 3 interceptions than bledsoe. atleast with romo in, those 7 sacks might have been 2 or 3. and those passes that were short? we've seen this consistantly for 1 1/2 season now. bledsoe's arm is gone, and his legs were never there.

The problem is Bledsoe just makes far too many TOs. Cost them the Iggles game and JVill game. The Boys would be better with a Dilfer, who granted isn't as good as Bledsoe is given ideal situations (lots of time and open WRs), than Bledsoe.

Once the Boys take care of some coverage issues by the safeties I don't see anyone moving the ball on them with consistency. But Bledsoe and offense can still blow some games on their own. I can already kinda visualize Dallas going into Chicago in January and Bledsoe giving us no chance. You got to be able to move in the pocket and protect the ball against a good defense, and Bledsoe tends to fall apart against good defenses bring pressure.

This had to be the most over hyped game ever. ESPN was ridding this game hard! Did turn out to be a pretty good game though even if TO was a non-factor.

The loss for the Cow Girls rests on Drew for this game IMO. To many turn overs & of course the big when while the game was on the line.
