More cops are morons than not. I would normally say "It sucks the actions of a few make the rest look bad" But honestly from my personal experiences with cops, there are more of them that think they're above the law than those who are humble and "do the right thing".. Someone getting assaulted by a cop for no reason NEVER surprises me. And then the story somehow getting covered up DOESNT suprise me either.
being BIG seems to be enough reason to do these type of things I bothers me because. . . .well . .I'll say COPS SHOULD NOT BE THAT SCAREY Being Big .. the Cops feel more threatened BOOM taser . .. whereas Zha Zha can slap you and the cops are like. . oh ok I recall with Rodney King . . they kept referring to how big he was he was on the ground and incapacitated but his lumbering to get up was reference to a Bear lumbering forward. . so that was one of the reasons they felt the cops were justified mainly. . because he was big Rocket River

Sounds like he was belligerent, had plenty of opportunities to calm down, but continued to threaten the police, walking towards them with clenched fists. Looks like the cops did the right thing.
you don't taser someone because they're not calm, from both moral and legal standpoints. half of this board would get tasered going by your criteria...
