    It seems like a no brainer, to me.


    It would help out with many things, theoretically. It would also give Houston some incentive in building out it's light rail line, like a modern city (yes, I understand some of the reasons behind this). Minneapolis and St. Paul are connected by a light rail, for God's sake.
