he's listed at 6'4 but i believe his predraft measurement was closer to 6'2" if not 6'1"

    Hes extremely talented though.

Ive heard from Philly friends that he is killin that league and it includes a lot of pros.

We don't need to sign another 6'1" combo guard who's a maybe.

They were talking about V-Span now, not Dajuan Wagner.

    V-Span: 6'4
    Dajuan: 6'2

I would take a chance on him or Jay Williams....they are low risk possible high reward gambles.

I would take Wagner over Williams though.

Bingo, DD. Wagner is a stud, and the perfect 6th man for the rockets...at least potentially.

Wagner, if healthy, is a greater offensive threat than Head.

    No question.

I do not see the harm in bringing him into camp. If he beats out Head, then trade Head.

this is all silly and pointless conversation since we'll never sign , or even look at Wagner.

    1. Wagner will demand a guaranteed contract, wont work his $ss of just for trial at our camp

    2. He is more injury prone than anybody else in this league ( great comparison would be grant hill)

not much you can do about a colon injury.

I hope he does well somewhere, but I just think we ought to realise it's not happening in Houston...

he won't end up here but it would not surprise me if he became a very good nba player still.

we can always use a top 10 draft pick as human cigar of victory, just like darko in DEEEETROIT

Even if just for the vet min, what does it hurt?

His options are limited due to his comeback from injury. Heck, he may not even play in the NBA next season (Maccabi Tel Aviv is trying to pick him up).
