    Strange.
    Even though there may be something cooking, Nix has never struck me as a hothead.
    If it's because of some trade or other in the works, yay! Maybe he even takes EGo with him (or more credibly, vice versa).
    Here's to hoping he will be happy... elsewhere, maybe even in a different profession.
    This might result in having an open slot for TyTy or Jaygup.

    nah this team is full of hotheads even including EG.

    They all want to win now and want minutes and more shots. There are too many mouths to feed unfortunately.

    I agree! @AroundTheWorld was saying that Nix had a bad attitude. and i felt that came out of nowhere, but could this be true? interesting.

    Nix was not an NBA player, I think it's better he honed his craft overseas within a country that's not known for its food though.

    The native cuisine might be lacking but they have lots of immigrants with incredible culinary skills.

    On topic, Nix has exhausted the patience of everyone who watches the Rockets (fan or not), so I can’t imagine the coaching staff is seeing anything that we are not. My guess is that at a minimum, he’s been told his regular rotation minutes are going away. It’s also possible he knows he’s about to be cut or traded for mostly nothing (side note - if Stone could get even mostly nothing for Nix, that would be a coup).

    It’s something like that or Elon thinks Nix the one leaking info on the Twitter workforce and is screwing with his profile.

    My guess would be he's being waived as part of a trade that would send more players back to us (or has been told by his agent that the team he's being traded to will waive him).

    Young developing marginal players like Nix don't usually get that upset about being traded. It's usually seen as a relief because they think they'll get a fresh start and new chance to show what they can do.

    NBA is an elite club and unfortunately for Nix he's not at that level.

    He would be great in Europe league.

    I'd imagine last game was the last gummy straw for Nix. Multiple turnovers, airballs, lack of awareness. I think Silas, Felicia Stone and Patrick finally had enough.

    He's better than almost everyone in the world. Just not better than the guys playing in the NBA.

    Wonder how deep the oncoming change goes. Just a wavy wave for the guy they thought was a lottery pick? Traded off for some small asset? Inclusion in a bigger deal?

    I hope it's a throw in for EG trade and both guys open up time for our youth movement.
