For the team or the individual fan?

Living with the Lakermania over the past years, I saw an immediate change with the team when Phil stepped in. This was after Kurt Rambus and CoY winner Del Harris and their 60 win seasons. When things immediately improve like that, many people, especially the players, are willing to give him a pass on his obnoxious personality.

I'd give Phil a five year stay because I know he'd get the most out of Yao and TMac and he'll bring in vets who'll buy into his crap and play their roles. That's what any team wants from their coach.

Jeff is a great coach, but his system isn't the greatest for the Rockets. If Jeff wins it within the next 2 years, then I'm willing to eat my words.

 

Unless you are suggesting they created a CGI-RT, I trust the film and photos I saw with my own eyes and ears more than unnamed "people you know."
