Ok, so as I sit here waiting for CS to finish d/l'ing, umm... what controllers do you guys use? Do you just use the keyboard? Can you use a joystick/gamepad? What's your controller of choice?

mouse and keyboard are the only way to go.. there are so many keys on the keyboard you have to use.

The hardest part of CS or any first person shooter is just learning how to move around. After learning the basics, strategy comes into play. Start off by playing the map de_dust. Most of the people on those maps are newbies and you can learn the ropes pretty fast.

yup... keyboard and mouse..I've modified my 'duck' key to be the 'caps lock' key and my 'walk' key to the 'shift' key... easier for me.

c'mon folks, when's a time that we can ALL play together?

could we try after the Minnesota game? 2/21??
I'll be going to the game, but should be home soon after it's over.... unless I just get my bobblehead and go home (I doubt it)

    or on the weekend??

I'd hate for Dadak to take the server down cause we ain't using it... Doc, anytime you want to practice, lemme know. I'll meet you in the FP server.

Give me a day or two to figure how to do stuff... I'll be happy if I can go forward, backward, and fire a weapon. After that who cares? :)
