In voiding the trade over his back SVG cost D-Mo potential millions in free agency. As D-Mo said in that interview, "I see it as a business".

So what does that tell you about how we feel about his back issue? We desperately need someone competent at PF and we are not using D-Mo and ended up trying to trade him. We need a PF that can play NOW, not maybe play at a competent level the following season.

Gentlemen, gentlemen - I can see the pros & cons of the resended trade & who did what to whom. However, I have HIGH hopes for the future! Remember aftermath of the last resended trade between Houston & Detroit!?!

Rockets should be the last team that Lithuanian people should be upset about. Not only did we draft it, but we brought him along slowly even when he was absolute crap the first 3 seasons. We have always been more than fair to D-Mo.

He has never been absolute crap. He's been the best PF on the roster the last 2 seasons.

Dmo haven't done anything this season so it seems some folks just blame Rockets with all the kind of stupitidy, and not only Lithuanians, don't forget the, not playing because showcasing TJ and so on, Rockets are top notch organization, not a backyard club.

Morey may have horrible interpersonal skills, but he's an honorable, by-the-rules gentleman. Stan Van Gundy's character is being exposed here and should make people question the dynamics of the "Dwightmare" in Orlando.

Morey is devious within the rules and constantly looks to squeeze out as much value as possible. A good way to think of it is other GM's bargain in the dollars and Morey takes it down to the pennies which can probably wear a lot of GM's down. People went from just trading draft picks to trading draft picks with conditions attached. That said, he respects the rules and the system and will never act outside of it.

True, but we still got our player/players back & took off; while the player in question later won rings.

The Rockets did not send Robert Horry to Detroit coming off of back surgery DD. Come on. You value DMO much higher than most and I understand that, but don't forget the Rockets went after Bosh 2 seasons ago and LMA this past off season so obviously they view DMO a bit differently than you and some of the other hardcore DFO brigade.

Sounds like his pride talking....maybe it's true, but DMo can't say with certainty he's healthy. He played a handful of games against inferior competition.

Because I view Dmo as the Mario Elie type - that is a Super Role player who is good at pretty much everything on the court.

A glue guy that can play and support Harden, Howard, anyone.....I wish we would have kept Parsons but Dmo is a different kind of 3rd wheel.

I would rather have Detroits first round pick but I hear you. I think that 4 spot needs to be completely redone this off season IMO and I'm no expert but feel like Morey may do just that. The Junk Yard Dog was one hell of a player when the money was on the line in the playoffs during those championship years.
