I would love for him to join another team so the Rockets can stop talking about him. Or for him to just disappear completely.
I mean, the drama is still kind of worth it if you assume that by holding D-Mo in limbo, we're also ****-blocking Utah.
If they void the contract, he becomes an UFA, I believe. If the league is involved, they are trying to protect themselves from litigation here - and find a resolution that all parties can live with....sounds like the Rockets do not trust his back......and want out... That is my read... DD
Not what I'm referring to: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php...o-todays-physical.279004/page-5#post-10806042
How jacked up could his back be for the team to be unwilling to take a half-year flyer? And how could that get by the Nets' doctors? What a weird situation.
I posted about 10 pages ago a clause that says otherwise. We keep all player rights we had prior to voiding the contract. These "I believe" posts are careless and add to incorrect tangents. I never get why you'd post an "I believe" rather than just ask the question instead, or research. Is it that hard to say, "Anyone know what happens if we void the contract? Does he stay RFA or become a UFA?"
No you're not. I'm so tired of this drama for an average to below average NBA player. I wish him the best overseas, just not on this team.
