Sorry man. They know what his condition was last year. They have the rest of the season to find out if he can play up to the contract or not. And they are only paying a prorated portion of the salary since more than a 1/4 of the season is gone. It's an expiring contract if things don't work out. So unless things are much worse than they were last year, the Rockets are being dirty to want to renegotiate what was agreed on.
Yeah they ditched the offer sheet and signed him to a new deal with the different date. It makes Dmo a bit more money and it is a LOT more team friendly.
What in the world is going on here? Didn't DMo passed his physical with the Nets? This is getting out of hand.now. Hope everything gets cleared up soon.
Why is this crap still going on?!? Up until the 'new contract' I woulda put most of the blame on BJ... but wtf now?!? C'mon even if DMo turns out to be an injury riddled pos, we can cut him loose in the offseason with no future costs... You got an extremely team friendly deal - so can't be squeezing DMo for more... Already passed the Nets physical.... At this point, I gotta believe this Morey being a little b****... but I could be wrong... I can't believe more hasn't been leaked about this...
