As others have showed, an employer can mandate a flu vaccine, and has done so over the past few decades a number of times. This does not require any act or law to be passed, or any emergency power.

The employers were following the federal mandates under the ruse of the Medical Emergency Act, and therefore nobody can sue them if they were fired for refusing that poison into their system. If it is strictly voluntary, I have no problem if anyone wanting to get the jab. This was forced upon us and here we are 3 and a half years later, you’re still trying to be dishonest about it.

Flu vaccine mandates by employers have been in place PRIOR to COVID. Also, not all hospital systems mandate COVID vaccines.
This is not a serious opinion. At the start of COVID, no one knew anything. Liberals knew nothing. Conservatives knew nothing. Scientists specializing in viruses knew nothing … but did make some informed guesses as a starting point which they fully realized would change as more information became available.

Anyone of you guys in here are cancer survivors? If you got all of your Covid shots and all of your boosters, you might want to look into cancer reactivation. For example in the case of melanoma, when the T cells are boosted, melanoma is kept down. Covid vaccines and boosters will keep T cells down therefore melanoma is boosted. Yikes!
