Yes, I think China's policy is scary and wrong. I also think celebrating that 99% of people weren't wearing masks on a plane is weird, but to each!
Lol I know someone who’s insane about the masking and they got it , but thank goodness this healthy person got 4 shots and won’t die. I still haven’t gotten it. I’ll mask up in a few places like the gym but that’s about it.
Why are they "insane" about the masking? Why does anyone care if someone else chooses to mask? It doesn't hurt anyone of someone else chooses to mask.

It’s insane because you don’t need two masks and four shots as a heathy 30 year old who jogs like 3 miles a day. Also they got the 4th shot when the cdc didn’t even recommend it. It’s the mental health aspect of Covid . I got past it and unfortunately someone I know did not. This is not the only case of healthy younger people who’ve been turned into insane hypochondriacs. i don’t need to agree with everyone. But if you are eating bbq and you put a half bottle of sauce on the brisket, I’d question your logic

So.. you are being 'extra careful'. You said you also wear your mask to other places. Where are those? I tend to wear mine to church and I will probably wear one on the plane today since there is a stranger sitting between my wife and I. So, I am choosing, like you and your friend, to be extra careful.
I flew for work this past week. Didn't wear a mask and neither did the Delta flight attendants. Several people on the flights did though and no one bothered them. I brought a mask with me and was prepared to put one on if ask. I still keep masks in my car and when I walk into a business that says they still require one I put one on and when I walk into a business that I see people wearing masks I ask if they need me to wear a mask. I don't consider this an imposition on my Freedom and as far as being "woke" if common courtesy and respect for private property is woke then I'm woke.
My friend is wearing it all the time and it’s affecting their mental health , but they still got the virus . And predictably nothing happened. They are not old enough or in bad health where the numbers show they are in danger. When I say mental health I mean a young person who is very outgoing is now a person who’s terrified of people.
