Rightfully deserved. If the companies mandates u have to do it, refusal => termination => no unemployment benefits. U don't like it go work somewhere else.
NY requirement is to start vaccination (or 1 shot), but too bad they only track full vaccinations status for the groups in question. I bet that quite a bit more rushed to get their first shot in right at the deadline. Before the mandate, only ~68% of long-term care workers were fully vaccinated. Hospital Worker - 84% fully vaccinated Skilled Nursing Facilities - 90% fully vaccinated Adult Care Facilities - 95% fully vaccinated COVID-19 Vaccine Tracker | COVID-19 Vaccine (ny.gov)
Are the Haitians unvaccinated because they don’t want the vaccine? What health benefits are they getting that are being denied to willfully unvaccinated health care workers who’s job requires them to be around highly vulnerable people?
I definitely do not want unvaccinated Haitian refugees working in our hospitals. But, I'd love to go ahead and give all the Haitian refugees the Covid shot while they're here. Also, they're applying for asylum, so they aren't "illegal" either. If they can get asylum, get vaccinated, and have the requisite nursing certifications, then they're totally welcome to work in our hospitals!
Bummer. I legitimately was hoping that the mandates were going to serve the dual function of sifting out the worst of the worst in law enforcement.
The US Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to get covid and die ... and to take as many other citizens with them as they can in case they get lonely in hell.
You might want to start taking Ivermectin prophylactically. Word on The Street is that the Apple flavored Ivermectin is yummy.
You're a little late to the party homie, I've been taking it prophylactically since last year. Mine is the doctor prescribed, human version. Boom
