Or it could be its getting hotter and people are more outside often plus texas has much lower population density. The virus spreads through people. Less people around each other the less it will spread.
less population density like that packed unmasked crowd at the Rangers game? sounds like there could be some uncertainty around this issue that would benefit from a voicing of differing viewpoints...
Conservatives love to make points about things without understanding full context. I am sure that the proliferation of new variants don't have anything to do with this.
What is controversial about using respected and popular voices within certain demographics, especially those expressing vaccine hesitancy, to get people to a point where they want to be vaccinated? That's smart marketing.
I don't care if the only motivation to get vaccinated is to go to an NFL game. I don't care if it's to get Krispy Kreme. We need to get as many people vaccinated as soon as possible if we want to get to herd immunity. As it is right now it's going to be close whether the US can reach herd immunity.
Mouth breathers wanted herd immunity months ago when their leader promised it was coming weeks away. Turns out they just don't want to do jack ****. Same old sandbagging we see all the time to issues that take responsibility. I personally don't care as there are still poor people at the back of the line who want a shot but can't get access to it. Some people prefer to learn by burning their hand on a hot stove plate. Better hope the virus doesn't mutate to children. We don't have a shot for that yet.
This might be happening already as it sounds like that younger people infected with some of the new variants are getting sicker than they would under the original variants. https://www.cnn.com/2021/04/12/health/b117-covid-variant-young-patients/index.html
India's got a **** storm brewing to cat4... Part of the reason these vaccines aren't approved for kids is the unknown reactions and side effects from immune response. We just don't know enough to anticipate for it.
Strange turn of events after my 2nd Moderna shot. My life for the past 2 years has been very routine, little changes chemically in anything, same diet / exercise, sleep, etc. This past week I have had, what I can only describe as "the munchies" like crazy. Now its probably been 15 years since I have had any weed, but if I remember correctly, you get this weird hunger sensation from what seems like your throat rather than your stomach.
