D'oh! I am looking forward to their own channel. I live in College Station and have COX media, and I was able to see all the astros games on tv. Ch.15 on my cable showed the Astro's games that were being broadcasted on Ch.51 in Houston. Do the Astros already own their own channel? Since I was able to see the local Astros games here in College Station, I am hoping I will get to see the Local Rockets broadcasted games too.
i got used to man malosky being around but cooper might be interesting. as for the article, having the games on knws will probably also mean midnight replays which are great for me because i work nights.
I used to technical direct Rockets game on channel 20 for two years working along side with Lisa. She is really a cool woman to work with. She works hard while the game is going on. A few times I stepped in and edited her game highlights and she's busting her ass watching, loggin every play and writing a script to go along with her highlights. Her only downfall was she couldn't really ad lib if there was a techincal problem like the teleprompter going down or something. When she was pregnant two years ago and Jeff Hagedorn stepped in I thought he did an awesome job. He's really going to help Cynthia Cooper out. I liked it in the end when Mario Elie would come into studio. The guy is pretty smooth and cool. Lisa will be fine...she'll maybe get to do her national gigs she gave up when she had her baby. Maybe for the WNBA, as long as that still around!
dang, they just fired her? i figured at least she was moving on to something else. from what little i remember of cooper talking, she doesn't seem like someone i'll like doing a halftime show, but who knows. rivaling the tnt halftime show? LOL! that's like pauly shore making a movie and saying i hope it rivals gone with the wind.

Has anybody here ever met Lisa Malosky? That woman is extremely tall. She's gotta be at least 6 feet tall! Oh well, I like the move. But maybe to "rival TNT's" quality and what not, they should bring in Matt Bullard to do sidekick work, then have him kiss Cooper's donkey every night. Matt & Barkley have to be the two most colorful players I've seen in the last 10 years. I used to love reading their quotes to eachother in the paper. Matt could mouth off just as well as Barkley. If you're listening Tim, that might seriously be a good idea. ....or it could be a horrible one.
