Because he had that foot injury which maybe is not that scary, but it's not even a joke. And because he may actually find a better team than this Thunder already this summer.
Some people are always talking about how if you get a third star, things will magically come together as a team. The reason stars will probably not come to Houston, is because they have done a horrible job at managing superstar talent at the moment. This team seems to ignore the intangible it takes to win in this league in exchange for statistics and stuff. This team will possibly be better served going after Horford and Conley.
Damn, Duncan has 4 points total in the last 3 games, and only 12 for the series. There's no way he'll be back next year. Might as well just give KD a Spurs contract now and not get everyone's hopes up.
Not sure why we need a one-dimensional player with foot problems like Durant. We tried that with Yao, it didn't end well. Would be much better off with Whiteside, Parsons and a healthy DMo - IMO DD
Thats like me trying to trade for park place with a Mediterranean, a utilities place and a chance card. A quarter, dime and nickel do not = $1
Bad back that voided a trade DMo), entitled douche who has had multiple knee surgeries and wants a max deal (Parsons), and head case (whiteside) over KD, lol? Ok. Completely ridiculous. Life according to DD. Nice job, Sam
I can't believe how people are still high on wanting Parsons back on the Rockets team. He is not worth the money and is injury prone.
Parsons is a rare wing who worked well with Harden on offense, but I think the need to have a strong defensive wing is even greater. Parsons' D was good when he first came into the league but fell quite a bit once he became a semi-featured offensive player. Not sure if you guys remember, but good offensive wings used to feast on the Harden/Parsons duo on the perimeter in '13-'14. Really we need someone like Parsons on offense, who can handle, shoot and create next to Harden, but be like Ariza (the '14-'15 version) on D, where he can help to make up for Harden and guard the other team's best wing. WE NEED NICOLAS BATUM.
Jesus H. Christ, we have ventured into PEAK DD right here. I am dumbfounded by this analysis. "I am not sure that he is the guy we really need." LOL.
