It would actually be $17,109,090 we would need to send out to get both Green and Rondo. I was unaware of the rule that we would just have to be within $5,000,000 of Green and Rondo's $22,109,090

 

TPE: $8,374,646 + $100,000 = $8,474,646
Rondo = $12,909,090
Green = $9,200,000

Rondo > Green > TPE

TPE cannot be used to acquire either player.
