Danny Ainge is a good GM. On a second thought, Danny Ainge is a great GM. He knows exactly when is a good time to sell and buy. Whether he knows the product well is another story, but he definitely knows the market very well.
Danny Ainge has no interested in Bev. As good as D-Mo played the last few weeks, I doubt he is high on Ainge's list who got a boat load of young PF also. They need high draft pick and good wings.
LOL! I love me some T-Mac, but he turned out to be a loser. Won't change the moniker now. I can't be confused with a bandwagon kind of guy.
Direction of the team is defense. I'll take Rondo. Offense will take care of itself with the players we have.
Really? Because most likely, you are going to lose Bev in FA. Jones or DMo? Whatever one you feel is better you need to keep. They both rate out about the same prospect wise right now. D-Mo is at an all time high currently. Could drop once Jones is back.
I'll take Rondo so he could D up Curry, WB and Lillard. Bev is nice but Rondo is experienced. It would be nice to have both.
I'm admittedly the biggest Beverley homer on this entire board, and he just isn't that much worse (if at all) for this team than Rondo. Not worth it, IMO.
If Ainge will ask for : Terry + Papa + NOH Pick + Canaan/Daniel = Ronda + whatever filler will you do it? I am guessing that's about the asking price for Rondo.
