You have an interesting view on the word desperate. A team with an expiring contract of a player that they don't plan on re-signing is better off getting a pick.
Hmmm. And you with your 46 posts are criticizing me? Good luck with that dude and would you explain to our fine audience what the difference is between shooting the gap and fighting over a screen? Just asking.
Sellers market. The price always comes down at the trade deadline. Every year. Why would Morey make a deal now when in two months he can pick up an extremely discounted player? All you have to do is look at the trade history of the NBA. Very very few deals go down before the trade dead line. And the last significant trade deadline deal was for Drexler believe it or not.
True. And I do attempt to give props to good posts. But I have not found an appropriate way to approach many of the posts in this thread. Any suggestions?
Who cares who it is...Morey' s track record is pretty solid. Any deal is likely a good deal, at this point.
You could try to see the good in any posts. Like I do post much but when I do I try and say #soon or #close for a laugh or two. It would mean a lot if you could hit me with an lol or lmfao even if you don't mean it. Just a suggestion though.
That's a good point, he's certainly earned the benefit of the doubt no matter what he does.......well almost no matter what he does.
Because getting a contract makes matching salaries easier in February as I previously stated. What do you mean by the last significant trade deadline deal? If you mean for the league that isn't true and if you mean for the Rockets it also isn't true.
