I feel that some guys were just playing the odds. Not saying there isn't any real insiders in here. Knowing the current situation of soon to be free agents in position of need (PG, PF) coupled with the fact that we all know Morey can't sit still especially when he has assets at his disposal, makes it easy to place your bet on a trade happening with certain teams for certain players.
How and when? Who and what will we give up? Even if your insiders didn't tell you these things, you seem a competent enough poster to come up with how you think it would fall...
I'm not so sure that Rubio is entirely off the Rockets landscape. He signed for what looks like less than a million over what his cap hold would have been.

he'll be sougt at hard. all he has to do is shoot a little better, get his fg% to low 40s. more y will try to get him
if morey can somehow add wolters, dunleavy, and millsap without losing bev, ariza, terry, and pap. this team will contend for a championship this year.
