That interest was later confirmed I thought. In this thread Cyberex said that it might be Ariza, it was. Said that the team might not match Parsons, they didn't. Plowman said they would be getting Dragic. It wouldn't cost much. He would sign an extension. They would also be upgrading the four spot. That it would occur in a specific timeframe. That the team had deals lined up for multiple PGs. Which of those have happened? Then he set out to do the exact thing you're criticizing others for in denigrating another insider.
Rumor is Dmorey traded Chico to Plowman for an ipad he used to show to Bosh, and now Chico spreading insider info to Plowman who in turned is releasing to the masses at clutchfans.net
To me at this point it seems both Drew and Plowman have a similar source and someone (either the sources, Drew or Plow) are too sure of things and obviously end up as incorrect. Plowman has been here since 99 and is a quality poster. No way he is just fabricating any of this. However, I think being so arrogant about it is poor because (just like Drew) nothing has or will be coming to fruition. New posters coming here to pile on are on the AQS18 level of stupid.
Aqs18 Be tweeting 5 seconds after drew tweets asking "about the rockets". Drew can simply be commenting its a beatiful day it is and Abdul says "Why something happening with the rockets"

Yeah that makes no sense. You're basically defending someone for selling false info, while admitting that his info is false. Might want to dust off your logic textbook before you call anyone else stupid after a post like that. There's certainly some stupid here, but I think you've missed your target.
I believe Plowman has the best of intentions and every reason to believe his source. His conviction demonstrates that. I don't have to believe his source. I think his source is just overzealous. The info is coming from somewhere. Someone (Like akeemshook) who has just a few months on the board and only posts negative stuff about insiders is worthless to the board. Plowman (insider or not) has been here longer than you have been alive.
Plowman attacks actual insiders but gets a pass from his cheerleaders because his fairytales served as a salve for the butthurt of the offseason. Then his cheerleaders go after people for attacking fakesiders while ignoring the fact that their own hero is guilty of the sams offense.
Writing it off as simple misinterpretation of a source ignores Plowman's unequivocal presentation that left no leeway for breakdowns, his ridiculous attacks on legitimate questions, his belated alterations of his original claims, his recent method of resorting to YouTube videos as response, and his lame attempts to taks the spotlight off his own poor record by attacking a proven insider in Cyberex.
Jesus. I've read at LEAST 400 posts just like this one in this thread. Then I read responding posts consisting of: "If you don't like what our insiders provide for us, then don't click on the thread." Followed by: "The insiders have been wrong time and time again blah blah fake blah blah trolls." Sprinkle in a little basketballholic trolling... rinse, repeat. It's the same rhetoric over and over again. It's literally melting my brain. It is a great shame that a once great forum steeped with spirited debate and conversation about OUR favorite team has literally turned into a Civil War. Anyone who tries to play peace-maker in this thread (or in any thread... *cough* Lin) will be drowned out by the masses who struggle to respect their fellow users. There's literally no point.

Almost 1.5 million page clicks. If this thread was a website all by itself it would be considered a hit. People love rumors. Keep people coming back for more. People coming back and back and back is good for business and oddly enough good for the well being of the website. The good news is the ridiculousness is confined to one area. It's like having a new The Godfather Directors cut DVD released that has a Transformer trailer shown beforehand. If it helps Clutch drive traffic I guess it's ok with me to stay open.
Because leaving this thread open prevents someone starting a new thread for every dumb rumor out there. It's a good place to keep all the crap contained in one thread until there is actual news to report. I doubt it will be locked, but hopefully once the season starts it dies.
how about we just shut down the website for a couple weeks If any news comes up then we'll hear something about it thru Twitter or something And if there's no big news then we open the site back up and see what these "insiders" post. I'm sure they'll all have something different to throw at us.. Stop this madness!!!!
