Don't believe everything you read in the media. They are "working" on an extension. But talks are going NOWHERE. Fegans wants the max. Minny ain't having it. They very well could trade him if they can't get Fegan off his high horse. Which they probably can't.

Yo I remember this thread when there were 10 pages. What the hell happened? Definitely not going through 500+ pages...

You guys crack me up. There are four names mentioned. One is Rubio. A friend of Morey says he knows it's one of those four. Cyberx said if we get Rubio we are definitely keeping him and you laugh out loud?

You either didn't read much of this thread or you are using only your personal bias as fact. Rubio is definitely not my favorite candidate, but you're a fool if you think he wouldn't help this team out greatly. And an even bigger one if you've shortened the list because of some personal reason.

Rubio is the point guard version of Omer Asik.

A name was given but it was deleted very quickly, and the name won't be repeated because I'm assuming it was deleted for a reason.

EVENTUALLY, something you post will come true!

Not saying they're not going after Rubio.

DM is an opportunist. He will go for a player who becomes available.

yes he can not shoot but boy he can pass. We haven't had anyone that can make smooth passes to Dwight and Harden yet. If able to get rubio without getting rid of bev then i dont see why not. Between the two they will bring passing and defense.

Why has Mike Conley never been a target? He seems like he would be a perfect fit for our PG needs. Is it that Memphis just won't part with him? Or do I over value him?

No, definitely not. Big point guards have traditionally been good championship PGs. It's part of why I like Rondo so much.

I doubt they're going to give up what they have going. They were an incredible team a few years ago and they stayed together for the most part. That being said, I'm not going to pretend like 'I know' anything.

As I went back a few pages to read Batman's blowup, I stumbled across your blowup. I get that you are annoyed with many of your doubters, just as I understand Batman's and CyberX's positions. This entire thread is a synopsis of the state of this forum today, a sad situation. That being said, I just have one question:

How could you have been telling everyone "several years back" about the K-Low situation in Memphis when you joined in Feb 2013?

Like other posters, I used a different username back then.
