Whether Dwight likes it or not, I wouldn't match Parsons because it would kill our cap flexibility. Sorry, Dwight, blame your agent. He made your own team weaker.
Explain how significant a few mil is going to matter in bringing much more attractive talent? We're in it to win it now dude. Parsons gives us wins, and his minutes + James's cuts down with Ariza contributing also.
Hey I appreciate you taking your time to talk with us buddy. I think way too many people forget that Basketball is just a game, and this is all for entertainment. It's ridiculous how hateful and emotional some people get towards other on these forums. Don't take it personal and, please do, keep posting! ... So do you know at all if were looking to upgrade our 4 spot? (maybe Anderson, Ilyasova, Young, Smith etc?? I know you can say anything too specific...but could you share if were still looking to improve a weak position or not? Reply with two dots for yes .. Or one dot for no .
Par for the course sometimes, unfortunately. Don't take it personal. Any and all info is appreciated. Please continue to drop nuggets when you can. Thanks again.
Look... We're not going to have a crazy amount of cap flexibility whether we match Parsons or not. If we don't it'll only be bc Les doesn't want to pay the tax.
Haven't we had this conversation before all over CF. If you don't believe it then don't believe but don't de-rail every thread bashing so and so and calling them fake. Obviously if they're here we want to speculate on what they're saying.
Is the target Mirotic? Is the target Dragic? Is one of these correct? Could we see one of them as a Rocket before tomorrow?
Even if parsons had gotten a 12 per contract (likely scenario even before Hayward contract) we would end up paying the tax (if we landed a big name FA). So they expected to pay at least some tax. Probably didn't expect this much though. Still you can't go back now. It's all in for a ring or bust.
I buy him. Rockets were convinced Bosh was coming according to reports (and common sense). Are you confident Morey makes a trade before Parsons deadline? #ROENATION #ROEROEROEYOURBOAT
He said before it would be pg but you can bet they're working multiple angles. Houston never truly has all of its eggs in one basket.
Morey got one more card up his sleeve that he his trying to play which may mean we take Parsons up to the deadline. Card May or May not pan out. That is all for now.
