Some needs to a PowerPoint montage of thread screencaps/ images of rumored players playing over Whitney Houston's "I will always love you".
Dongshots folder was both the most forgetable and unforgetable memories of the past year.:grin::grin:
yeah once people starting posting trade suggestions and disscuissing other possiblities unrelated to what any insider said, thread was done. all i wanted was some insider info and we got that, plus fake insider info and some more crap lol
i kind of hoped this thread would go on for years and become a top 10 longest thread in history of the internet. i have no idea how you would even find out if it was though. hmmm

Rep points to the person who can show the longest this thread went inactive. I would guess it was somewhere around 2-3 days at some point nobody posted here. This has to be the longest and most viewed thread in the history of Clutchfans. This thread has brought out the best and worst of some posters here. People getting banned, making asses out of themselves, pretending to be insiders and getting called out, and on and on and on. This thread could be a best selling fiction novel.

The memories... they will be cherished. This was an online repository of behind the scenes information mixed with fan insight and opinions on all things Rockets. For many of us, it has become almost a daily ritual of check Clutchfans/click on Cyberx, paging cyberx. It was a crazy ride, some heartbreak... but we kept clicking back because we were all hoping for that crazy insider news that the Rockets were going to acquire that final piece of the puzzle. Maybe that piece will come, maybe we don't even need it. This thread will be missed... sort of.
