Why wouldn't you want deron Williams?, sure he's a bit washed up but a lot better then most point guards. For the right price it could be another Josh snoth type scenario

At this point I just want Smoove back. We may not have improved but at least we wouldn't be getting worse.
thank you persianrocket. My english failed me lol Well..then I think the Mavs still have some capspace left. More than 5.
Getting D Mo and Bev back counts as improving. A couple of promising rookies coming in. Morey will continue to do his thing without doing anything stupid.
Resigning Bev. was the only deal he's completed so far, haven't even heard if Brewer's contract has been signed and still no word on Smoove.. I don't know what he has in mind but I know he's a smart enough man to realize that there's no way in hell our current pg rotation is worth a damn so far.
It's not about what Morey does it is more about what Morey doesn't do... or doesn't address. I like Pat Beverley but I believe it is not smart to whole heartily depend on Pat Beverley at point guard given his recent history. I mean some of this stuff isn't Rocket science it's common sense.
No it doesn't because we had them during the regular season. We still need another playmaker. Having only Harden just won't get the job done.
You know, it's already been a week since the Rockets came to terms with Bev and Brewer, and they've done jacksquat since then. What exactly is the holdup with the rest of their free agents?
The point is that we got to the WCF without them and lost games that could have been won. It's early July. People are being impatient.
