we should just sign Von Wafer and call it a day. Return of the best #13 that's ever played for Houston.
http://uproxx.com/sports/2015/02/video-von-wafer-nut-shot/ Who WOULDN'T want this man. And I'm sure the best center of all time, DJ Mbenga, would want to have a second crack, actually 5th crack at the NBA.
Having two reserve caliber point guards is not a great duo. There is a reason the Rockets have passed on journeymen like Augustine and Brooks.. ... They are not very good.
Harden is our point guard, sure he's 6'5 but he doesn't need a point guard any more than kobe did (heck probably less since he's a better playmaker), what he does need though is some help, like any at all.
Von Wafer+Reece Gaines = championship. add Mbenga to the mix and cut HH for salary purposes. 5 rings in a row I promise
Lawson is by far the best known available player on the market. There are other point guards I prefer but none of them are available or are likely to be available anytime soon. Lawson however does give the Rockets a point guard that can compete with the elite point guards in the NBA.
WTF, dude?! Are you 9 years old? This is like the 3rd or 4th post like this I've seen from you. Grow up.
Look for the Rockets to really try to tighten down on turnovers. The Rockets don't shoot free throws or the 3 ball the way they want, and with the entire league now wanting three point shooters; the Rockets will look for other ways to steal possessions to get more points... That is a big part of why Gerald Green isn't here.
Every reserve comes with flaws, which is why they're reserves in the first place. Impeccably high standards people have here, though.
