Just my opinion, but I'd be working on trades rather than for FAs off the scrap heap. guys like Lowry or Lawson; obviously not easy to pull off, but we certainly have the assets to get a trade done; even if we have to pay a hefty price.

Ok so if 2.5 is max can offer for first year, can they scale it so it doubles in the second year, to make create a higher multiple scaling salary?
