They dont want to drop incentive and they want capspace so no to take salaries back so as to make improvements at the forwards. Morrey shouldnt help washington fix their hole in the frontcourt because it will make them go deep in the east and the playoffs and more of a contender for durant. Hibbert and lee are much better salary floor mb opportunities for value but they havent veen dumbed yet because their teams dont want to add incentive. The wizards are looking for desperation.
