Pivks at most can be traded up to 7 years ahead. Not sure about swap picks but i will assume the same. The good thing is that with such crap moves if the first is lottery prote ted they wont lose it. This is the end of the road. Boogie will implode and get traded and the kings will have to rebuild without even owning all their picks. Good job vivek.
I doubt its LMA this dude just wants to try and be a twitter star...His crap is so far in left field it makes no sense.
Cold this winter? Just stop on by hinkies fleece shop Don't see your pick in stock? We can acquire it ...
He's on the court enough. LMA will get his fair share of rest as well. That's part of the Pop star treatment. If he doesn't trust Pop to take care of his health, and usage during the regular season who the hell can you trust? Look... I know we are Rockets fans and want to convince ourselves that everyone all the time should think the Rockets and Houston are the greatest destination ever in pro sports, but there is no shame in admitting that the Spurs, if that's what he chooses, would be a pretty damn good basketball situation. We can still hate the Spurs but be objective and respect who they are at the same time.
Well yeah I know but that's the comparison I assumed he's making. Defensive center. Decent guards (I am not in any way comparing Bledsoe and knight to Billups and Hamilton), 3&D SF.
It's not that at all, I don't want LMA in Houston actually, I don't think his game is a fit here.....I'm just pointing out the obvious about how LMA would probably have to play, and even start, at the 5 fairly often in San Antonio based on Duncan's rest schedule and their lack of a 5 other than Duncan.
The teams trade the rights to "their" picks with each other on this years. So if Sacto had the 18th pick and the Sixers the 7th some year in the future, the Kings would actually pick 7th and the Sixers would pick 18th....but likely there is some kind of protection for those picks like lotto protected, top 10 protected, etc which means the rights don't swap if the pick is protected. Normally that means the rights switch to the next year with a different protection that is normally less stringent and possibly even another year until there is no protection at all on the swap.
Sac is the worst run organization in the NBA. I can see why Cousins did everything within his power to get out, and I can also see us fleecing them for Collison. They care way too much about names, and too little about actual basketball.
No because portland and the mavs with such free agency moves will be lottery next year and jass hasnt done anything to add a competent guard yet. So its likely they will make the pos.
Philly would have to be better than SacTown to want to swap picks. When do they plan on winning games?

WOW you don't want LMA because his game doesn't fit!!!! Have you watched this man play...Talent wins and you don't get much better then LMA he fits everyone system.
Ok lol so they try to hype chandler. Lol hes basically just speculating things. Theres no way the spurs would be so idiotic as not having a plan so lma wont have to play a lot of center when he has been their sole free agent target.
