He's not even on the court "all day every day", he already doesn't play back to backs and has routine off days, all of which LMA would probably be stuck at the 5.
If he was good enough to be first option on a championship squad, LMA would already have a ring. Not easy to find a team while meeting all his criteria (1st option / not needed at C / max money / not ring chasing) but this sounds a lot like Phoenix if he really said all that. Even on the Rockets he might be asked to play a bit of 5 in smallball lineups.
The kings have become the biggest joke in the league! Not gonna win anything with Ellis, Wes, or Rondo. Just traded what will be a high pick for the chance at one of them.
Lol what years. They still owe the bulls a top10 protected. This deal has high potential. I knew it was too good for the kings to just pay with stauskas but comeon..
He wants to play in Phoenix with TWO ball dominant guards? He won't get touches unless if it's put backs or lobs? -__-
The suns are good for the 14th pick at best if they sign LMA. Bledsoe & TC are more bandages than flesh.
Ok how are you going to chase a championship and not be a 2nd fiddle? You have to team up with other stars and share the load. You could go to LA and be first fiddle but you would not compete. You could go to SA but you would be second fiddle to Duncan and Leonard. You could go to Phoenix but you wouldn't compete as first fiddle since the talent is inferior.... LMA is giving me a migraine...
This reminds me of all the rumors that Dwight wanted this and that and this and that. I'd say 99% of information out there right now is speculation and just reporters trying to get hits.
He's a Suns beat writer. Take what he says with a grain of salt, guys. He's supposed to be pro-Suns..
Right - but likely more so when the other team goes small at the 5 too which won't change his matchup much.
Something is brewing with us here I can feel it...in my plums!.....Our two trade buddies just dealt with each other. If we aren't somehow apart of this would surprise me.
I would love Collison. Shoots good FG, 3PT, and FT percentages and not ball dominant, can play off Harden. Him and Bev would be a good PG rotation.
