I'm gonna go do ploymetrics...hopefully when I return cyberx will have went HAM all over this thread as previously stated.
If Sac wants enough room for both Rondo and Wes Matthews, they will need to clear even more salary. If I'm Morey, I'd be happy to take Collison off their hands for Papa and the rights to Harrell.
McLemore had a pretty decent year last year and showed great progression it seems. I dont see why they would pay someone like Ellis. I get Rondo, not Ellis. They need to go after a PF now.
Are we really going to sit and wait until LMA includes us in his top 3 and then rejects us for the Spurs? By which time all the worth a damn free agents will have already committed to other teams including some of our own.
Agree, if the get ellis and rondo to go with cuz their arena is going to look like a Compton rec room.
Not really. Rondo wont get that much Everyone should be very hqpoy with this deal. It makes both collison and lawson very very available.
Now that the Kings are a little weak in frontcourt depth I'd love to see if we can snatch Ben McLemore from them for T. Jones. Maybe he can be part of a deal for Collison, getting both of those two in a package would be awesome.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">As SI reported yesterday: Kings ownership wants Rondo/Ellis. Jeremy Lin on the radar, too. At this point, Wes Matthews price too high.</p>— Chris Mannix (@ChrisMannixSI) <a href="https://twitter.com/ChrisMannixSI/status/616449337397280768">July 2, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> The more PGs the better, we want Collison. Also hearing they traded away the rights to one of their picks this year as well to 76ers.
They are not that weak. The contracts they dunbed were trash. It was a good deal for them in a vaccuum coz they were worth more than a first rounder. Philly is getting desperate to add young talent in the backcourt it seems. however in typical king fashion the reason they did it was a trainwreck. Ellis and rondo.
