I've thought that all along, but it's not surprising that the teams with the most to offer LMA would be the Spurs and Rockets.

Except that if LMA returns to Portland then Monroe is not starting.

I really doubt a young player like Monroe is going to take a bench role over a starting role with the Knicks or some other team.

 

It was already reported that he is for sure leaving.

Why isn't he starting? Sure they could both start. Just one of them has to play center. (Probably not ideal to either but...)

Lopez is a FA. If they're bringing in Monroe, are they bringing back Lopez? Or are they gonna start Plumlee over Monroe? Then why sign Monroe to come off the bench?

 

Batum is a wing monroe is a pf/c. That means rolo has outright told them he wont resign.

 

He's going to SA. It's nice that we beat out LA though haha!


Side note I would be absolutely shocked if he went to PHX. Doesn't make sense basketball wise though
