I don't think this year was a Plan A / Plan B situation. I think it was like a "keep going to our 9 to 5" and "buy a lottery ticket just in case" situation.

I believe this 100%, Phoenix is all in on the 2 PG system. Plus, what other FA would they be saving their money for? None of the stars are going to sign with Phoenix.
