If this is in fact true, how will the chemistry be with Ariza afterwards if this plan fails? By being there, Dwight/Harden are letting Ariza know that they're perfectly fine with letting him go since that's the only way to sign LMA. Obviously, Ariza is just a (good) role player and LMA is a star, but I would feel a bit disrespected if I were him.
