That could make it to the WCF. I have two questions, the first is isn't Prigioni retring? The second, what happened to DMO?
For people flaming me on Smith being a starter, I made a typo. I want DMO starting in the PF position.
Personally, I think a lineup of: Terry/Prigioni Harden/Brewer Ariza/Brewer Smith/Jones Howard/Capela can make it to the WCF, but that's just from experience.
I think Jones is gone no matter what. We drafted a PF and a SF that could play some spot minutes at PF when we go small, plus we picked up another PF off the pile. I don't see the Rockets wasting a roster spot on Jones.
You're right, I meant to replace Bev with Terry when I replaced Terry with Prigioni. But that is besides the point.
You do realize that things can change quickly in the NBA so what is said now by insiders will likely change once free agency actually starts. Just because no one is signed doesn't mean the Rockets don't have other avenues to improve the roster. Morey is smart enough to realize that Dwight is likely opting out after this year and will need to set his roster up to be a contender no matter how 2016 free agency goes....at least I hope.
Capela another year older Bev and DMo healthy Why not? They made to the WCF this past season and they were missing major pieces.
