This has already been discussed. Rubio is not in the same conversation of top players. He's had a losing career period thus far
Quick refresher. Teague, Lawson, holiday have all clearly had better careers thus far compared to Rubio.
There's something about Rubio that keeps me coming back. He's not perfect, but the things he does well...he does VERY well. Of course the things he doesn't do well, he's really bad at….but I can't help thinking that we can somehow work around that. A trade could look something like: Papanikolaou Prigioni SnT KJ McDaniels TJones #32 Pick I wonder….if we trade for Rubio, is Sergio Llull more likely to come over as our backup 1/2? And is Kevin Love more likely to be interested in the Rockets with Rubio/Brewer/McHale in Houston? Rubio / Johnson Harden / Llull Ariza / Brewer Love / ? Dwight / Capela
