Jones is that semi-perfect 28 mpg big off the bench. In the WC, with so many dominant power forwards, he probably isn't the long-term solution as the starter 4; but if he's out of the league soon it won't be for lack of talent.
Fair enough! And if Jones ends up doing what you spelled out in the second part of your post, I'll admit to being wrong (a lot of this depends on how healthy Dwight is, of course, but that's another story). -
I don't want you to admit you are wrong. That doesn't stroke my ego one bit. I couldn't care less what you admit and don't admit. Instead of admitting you are wrong....replace that with not being a part of the "trash other posters" crowd and simply talk basketball. Fair enough?
Ben DuBose @BenDuBose 4h4 hours ago Dwight Howard had the "bone marrow aspirate injection" into his knee on Wednesday, 2/4, with re-evaluation planned in 4 weeks. That's today. SORRY this was retweeted lol
Substantial minutes and effective are both relative terms. Probably best to define exactly what those mean
If you haven't noticed TJ is a lot bigger and stronger than last year then you definitely are a hater. He's been holding his own on d thus far and been giving opposing bigs fits
Yes. balcoholic is a maniac. He clearly doesn't watch the Rockets, or he would have noticed Jones being our best defensive big so far this year. Jones has a defensive FG% of 34.2 this year. That is insane. http://stats.nba.com/player/#!/203093/tracking/defense/ He has finally learned that he is 6'10, 250, with long arms, and is using his size to good effect.
Jones is really coming along nicely. I really thought Dmo would learn to use his size more but he's still not as agressive as he should be. DMO's going to come off the bench when Dwight gets back.
If you haven't noticed, Millsap wore Terrence down and mowed him over in the fourth quarter last night and Zach wore him down tonight. And we're not even at the playoffs yet. Yes, he's bigger and stronger. But he's not big or strong enough to handle guys like Zach over a 7-game series. Sorry.
Terrence had his best stretch at the tail end of the game, not sure how that qualifies as being "worn down."
He doesn't watch games, he is too busy reading his own narrative, and subscribing to his own insider information....
He took over in the 4th and was the primary reason the rockets came back and tied the game if you didnt notice. Sorry But he's showing he can hold his own and giving the top bigs in the league problems all night. But hey he probably wont be in the league much longer lol
