I actually met Gerald Green several times when he was with the Celtics. I worked at a stereo shop and got to help him a few times. I can say from personal experience that the guy has a short temper. He complained about a lot of small stuff that really weren't that big of a deal and got loud a few times. I also met Elston Turner a couple years after Green had played here for like that 1 game. And he said that he had a lot of potential but couldn't take constructive criticism. When the coaches would try to coach him he wasn't trying to hear it. As if he thought his game was already good enough and didn't need to work on it. He also said he has attitude problems. He liked to talk back and obviously the coaches didn't like that. I'm sure he's matured at least a bit by now since he's still in the NBA. I don't see many teams being able to put up with how he was back then.
I think someone already guess this, but Dahntay only played one season in Denver...so Kenyon Martin? http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/DEN/2009.html
I'd love to add Kenyon Martin... hustles and grabs boards. Dude plays hard even for is age. His mindset reminds me of Pat Bev actually... Don't think he'd hurt chemistry either.
I have never trolled about any info I have stated I have heard from sources with inside connections. And I do have sources. Instead of considering the info you do just what we are saying should stop. Have basketball discussion and keep it on basketball.
Yea man I agree with that. Sad when someone has so much potential but a bad attitude and bad work ethic get in the way.
He won't hurt chemistry at all. He tries to mentor the youngsters - by yelling from the bench and give directions. I just don't know if he will be even available to sign..
Ahhh I got it. So tht Rip guy is the dude who has been leaving insult rep constantly when I bring up McHale's deficiencies as a coach. Oh well RIP
Guys, Codman cited someone named Crash Bandicoot and you didn't get? Chase Budinger is close to reach a buyout with Wolves. Do u think he could be a Rocket again?
I'm assuming that Dorsey has a huge target for his job...sucks to know you will be the guy who will get cut if someone better comes along! (Cant wait for Bima's cap updates) That being said, I really would endorse adding Perkins to this lineup. He is someone we all would hate when he plays against us, but the guy is one of the most well liked teammates for every team he has played for. Also thank you to each and every insider, and wannabe's for making this an all time great thread on the BBS! And yes, if Clutch would be willing...we need to get rid of anonymous reps...
Haha, was he the one doing all of that? If you guys didn't get a whiny negative rep from him, step up your game.
Just saw your buy-out list. Accepting for the moment your sources are sources of notable note, what is the reason Javale is not on there with Perk? And why TRob?
