Prigioni averages don't look swell. I've seen him play like once or twice, he can shoot well as far as I'm aware. Idk of it's lack of playing time or what but like I said he has like no stats. He averages like 4 points a game. I'm not aware of his role on Knicks though and his situation
There's something about impending death that makes me write more. I'll stop soon. You all need to take over the thread with the fandom-laced, happy stuff. I'm irritated with Goran, but I get it. We don't need to blow everything up with Josh holding it down and Dwight healing. We need better help at the PG position, but I think Pat Bev is going to step it up. At least he knows his role. This isn't Rafer. I am actually happy that Jet is still here. He'll pay off in the playoffs. He's our Francisco with the handles and better jumper. Plus, he has the clutch factor even at 37.
He got hurt and then by the time he came back they were already in tank / play young guys mode. Last year he was awesome.
Doc is the man. I'm no Doc, but I respect him. I wonder who he is, but I know that he is NOT Bullard. I used to think that. Same with Cyber...that's an "insider' if there is a word. And, Clutch, of course. What a man...this site is great, even though it's gotten me in trouble. I can't forgive myself for saying that a "golden penny" (penny equaling "1") was on the radar. Jordan Hamilton...almost hurt me badly. When it happened, my old Post employees let me have it. I thought being cryptic was okay. I guess not. How does Doc do it??
Sending good thoughts your way Codman. Hope things get better for you and your family. Thanks for the info, as always.
I think will be fine. Though the lack of not just a pg but another playmaker type of player that's well rounded offensively and can score a lot of points. Obviously dragic would of taken the scoring load. Were missing that Jamal Crawford type player or just anyone in general melo, durant and etc that can score versatile or at least efficiently and consistent. Lawson, knight and dragic would of been swell.
Hope K.J. Mcdaniels gets minutes to relieve Harden's shoulder at back-up SG. Not too much of a 3P%, but still good depth.
Afflalo would have been perfect. Oh well... Thanks for all the insight! And I hope for the best with your family!
Ok good to hear. Perhaps he will get big minutes and can show off his true talents. If not he may still be a good 10-15 minute guy that can play good and score a few.
The hope this season has to be that having Josh, Dwight and James operating at maximum level simultaneously is enough to go deep in the playoffs. The Rockets have been pretty good without having all 3 of these guys present and at 100% at the same time. Still, the Rockets' issue is putting so much of the perimeter play-making burden on Harden with all the other guards and SFs being guys you don't want dribbling the ball more than 2 or 3 times per touch. Is there an overseas returnee or player to be bought out who can offer, say, DJ Augustin level of play for the Rockets?
Well, again, this is just from a couple of "voices." My DC family is still close to the Nugz, obviously because Ne' spent so many years there. His son still spends most of the time in outskirts of D-town due to DC's crime and the NBA schedule. All I know is that it was similar to Goran's offer, but not as high. DMo was not offered. TJ was involved, along with IC/Jet. Picks were discussed, only because JJ has been on our radar for awhile. I guess TJ was the odd man out due to injuries, but mostly because of DMo's emergence. I was definitely wrong about DMo, and I have no shame admitting it. I'm not his biggest fan, but he is definitely a quality big. I miss PatPat/Chuck either way. hint hint. I mentioned it last year, right before he was injured. We were close to grabbing him. He's a guy that's not looked at very highly, but his stats are misleading. He's healthy, scoring well and rebounding. He's coachable and is definitely a better player than Dorsey. We almost had him and Jordan Hamilton, but JJ was injured. That sucked for me personally. Again, this is just what I have HEARD. Don't take this as fact. I've never stepped into the Rockets office like Cyber or Doc. I just have some friends of friends in the league.
Thank you. I don't pray, but I appreciate that. I agree about Afflalo. Lawson wasn't the fit. BTW, Afflalo was shipped out for a good trade to Orlando, but he does like to flirt with the ladies. I mentioned that in a post. These are the things I hear. He caused a fight in the locker room for trying to holler at someone else's boo. He also beat the brakes off of Louis Amundson for using the N-word too many times. This was not on the court, but it is well known, that Louis doesn't like African Americans when he's playing, but I've never heard him say it. Ay...stories...if only players told us more that happened behind the scenes. Like, is Dwight sad about IC? I saw the video...I laughed at it because it was minor horseplay, but you never know.
I did not hear anything about this. TBH, I have no connection to the Bucks. I know nothing other than Kidd destroyed the Nets morale. They've been discombobulated. I think the asking price was probably too high, but again, I don't hear from that side of the U.S. My ears are limited to the coasts, friends in the league, a couple of assistant coaches, scouts, hometowns and my work family this hot azz desert. Players hear it all before it happens. I feel like their voices are invaluable. I would have never heard about Jordan Hamilton had I not had a Denver connection. I heard about Prigs today from a friend, but I chose not to believe it. It'll grow on me.
