I don't see that we are desperate at all. If we were, we would have been trading DMo today for one of these guards. I see this as typical Morey. He's steady. He didn't like the deals on the table so went for something small. He keeps his cards in his hands. Let's just play out the year, hope Prig can hit the open shot and hope Dwight can get healthy and hope for the best. If Harden and Howard are playing at the top of their games in the playoffs then it's going to be hard for any team to stop them any ways.
implication could be that howard is healing well and may be able to return sooner than later 2 weeks down, hopefully only two to go
