Well, cyberx was an expiring and probably leaving to the Lakers in FA. Burt Steele is on a rookie contract and has lots of untapped potential. Morey is thinking long term here, obviously. What surprises me is the diet coke and lack of scotch considerations here. Maybe Bimathug can clear that up.
I actually like the fact that there aren't any rumors with the Rockets right now...that way if something does happen it will be a legit WOJOBOMB and this thread will gain 20 pages in 2 minutes.

Actually I don't think we are focused on Dragic. We probably have a trade package sitting at the Suns doorstep, waiting for their reply...meanwhile we are pursuing backup options.
That suggests to me Morey has gone "inner circle" and is working on cooking up something. May not be the deal we all wanted but the curious(and probably faked) information leaks seem to have dried up as teams don't have time for the games. The silence is the sound of Morey working...and coincidentally me NOT working because I'm refreshing my page every few seconds....
