Didn't even think about that. Have to think the Lakers are thinking about how they can trade for Gogi, and have him sit the rest of the year. He certainly screws their chances at retaining that pick. This whole trade situation is entertaining beyond words. So many angles.
Lol. Suns trade Dragic to Lakers for bag of chips. Lakers sit Dragic and go into full tank and keep their pick. Their pick turns into the next great NBAer. They resign Dragic. Randke comes back healthy and turns into an all star in three years. Lakers win 5 more rings. Sounds like the NBA I know!
Woah calm down guys. NBA GMs probably keep weird hours around the trade deadline but I'm guessing they are in bed right now and not texting serious trades back and forth in their cookie monster pajamas.
That doesn't make sense. PHX would no doubt ask for the removal of the top 5 protection, but then Dragic would improve the Lakers, and potentially render that useless. So unless Randle is included, there's no point in a trade.
Lakers are 5 1/2 games behind the Kings to get out of top 5. So its basically who can carry a team more, Cousins or Dragic. I'd place my bets on Cousins. Sac has some talent which can win a couple despite bad coaching.
If the list of teams is legit it tells me Gogi isn't about winning so it's not a loss. I want players that want to win and he listed a bunch of awful teams with no chance.

George Karl can definitely manufacture a few wins here and there with his offense. I sincerely doubt Sacramento will be an easy beat in the last few months of the season. I also think they make a trade in the next day that helps them as well.
That's interesting. Forgot the Lakers traded Phoenix their pick, but that it's protected Top 5. The Lakers aren't that dumb.
Screw dragic. ..... and your lakers Cyber(could care less if they get him) Tell us something we don't know. And...You actually think this blind sided morey?
