If I'm not mistaken, the promo calendar you speak of is for giveaways and such for the first x amount of people who get to the arena on game night. My only explanation is that this DMo meet and greet is a different kind of promo. Or perhaps it was added later. He didn't start the season as the starter, after all. most of us don't want DMo to go.
