No. I agree with them. The skillset these two players provide isn't what they want, and it's not what I want. I agree we need help. I just don't think what IT and IC provide is what we need nor is it what the coaches want, obviously. Would IT help at times? Absolutely. Does it win us a championship? I don't think so. So why give up assets for a guy that doesn't get you over the hump when you have a younger guy on a better contract with the same skillset who could turn out to be just as good? Save the assets for someone better. Between Dragic and IT, I tell the suns Dragic or nothing.
As good a motor as Faried has, he's just too undersized to take on the likes of Lamarcus Aldridge or Zach Randolph or even Duncan in the playoffs. just not a playoffs matchup difference maker (if you ask me) he would just create more problems.. stay away
Yah there's only like 4 or 5 that would qualify. Immediately I can think of OKC, Knicks, Grizzly (for lowry but that's not super recent ) maybe Sac or PHX.
What is this about? Spoiler Why would Zoran just start following D-MO on twitter? And there was the thing a week ago when GORAN re-tweeted a vine video of James Harden walking into the arena, and then he quickly deleted it? Something is fishy...
No, I don't think there is any way he'd trade a young 7 foot tall 2 way power forward for a 29 year old player at the deepest position in the NBA. We'd be trading a hole at PG which is easily filled for a hole at starting PF which is more difficult to fill adequately.
I would definitely make that deal, but we are going to need to take picks back form denver for taking McGees contract.
Cyberx, Hearing anything new? I expected word would get out after the meetings and face-to-faces during all-star weekend.
Houston: Dragic brothers, Green or Tucker Suns: Faried/Affalo Denver: NOLA pick, 1st rounder (from Suns), 2nd rounder (hOU), Tjones, Kpap, Capela.
History with Minnesota and Sacramento. Hard to find the abused when he's done pretty well for the most part. Oklahoma City and New York? New York has _____? Former Rocket Cole Aldrich? Jose Calderon? Pablo Prigioni? Codman's friend(or friend of a friend) Jason Smith? Oklahoma City, obvious name is Jackson. Does he really move the needle? I don't think so.
Certainly there are arguments a good chunk of them. But like was mentioned earlier, this trade is likely going to be someone that has not been mentioned. Watch.....the Roxs end up with Bledsoe, instead of IT/Dragic
Abused? OKC fits that word with the Harden trade. Sacramento is a frequent trade partner. That was the maloofs though
