I'm not too knowledgable when it comes to him, but I just remember him sucking for Dallas whenever we played them last yr. Wish Novak could actually play D or Delfino never got injured
Just Terry for Calderon would probably do it. But his defence is completely matador. Also I think he has two more years. Could hurt Morey's plans for flexibility for next year because at his age what team would take him on?
True. He is all offense. But he is certainly an elite shooter still, and he sure as hell can run a damn fine pick and roll. Exactly what we need, but yeah that second year could scare Dork Elvis off for shizzle. (I thought he was pretty damn solid last year for the Mavs. They have SIGNIFICANTLY downgraded in my opinion)
Well if the alternative is giving two first and taking on McGee for Lawson who's defence is also terrible and he has glass ankles Calderon isn't so bad. Funny thing that all of a sudden there is a demand for PG's. Charlotte Detroit and Portland are also looking for one. Problem is that for Houston the roster is already pretty much set and you need a specific kind of guard to have next to Harden. Ideally imo someone who has height good defender can be off ball and shoot threes. Like MCW with a jumpshot. Not many of them around. You just can't expect to find the perfect fit midseason.
Lol @ Maury... People like myself were advocating for DeAndre Jordan on draft night. Maury had his chance to draft DJ, but instead chose to go with Joey Dorsey, smh.
Is there a big need for Wilson Chandler? Maybe as an Ariza replacement, but him and Ariza are slightly redundant and I'm not sure he'd be worth the price.
I have a gut feeling that Delfino will be back with us soon! A homecoming of sorts! He last played for the Bucks didn't he? NOT AN INSIDER! ....... ....... .......
He don't bother me. In fact I actually spewed a little coffee when I saw the Dally post and looked at his signature and saw Josh Harrelson on there. That was funny.
You keep saying this, but do you have any sort of proposed framework for such a hypothetical deal? Rubio's "Poison Pill" status makes any deal extraordinarily difficult under the cap. I'm not saying that it's impossible or that you're wrong. I'd just like to see how you would propose to pull off such a deal. Saying "Rubio & Martin" is easier said than done, and if others could see it spelled out just how difficult such a trade is, their opinions on such a deal might be affected.
<STRIKE>Please tell me</STRIKE> we are looking at picking up someone to hold down the C position while Dwight is out.... ....... ....... .......
