Miami is 6-9 when Whiteside plays over 15 minutes.

I think you would be a better team overall by starting Chuck Hayes, but that's just me.

    Anthony Randolph'itis...

My guess is that management is quite pleased with him, but they might change their mind, if they can get a star player who can be a big difference maker in a package deal that includes D-Mo.

At this stage of their careers, who wouldn't? DJ's getting a max deal this summer though.

Especially because DJ plus Paul and Blake have won exactly nothing. And it's not like they have not had deep and talented benches either. Morey is an absolute r****d if he's spouting simplistic drivel like this.

-Morey will choose Dwight over pretty much any center in the NBA 365 days a year. Context of conversations is everything.

-You are not a prophet because you wanted Whiteside 5 years ago

    - D-Mo hasn't "just now" been pulled off the table. He's on the table for the right player and will always be. Doesn't mean there is a likely chance he's traded.

-Cyberx seems like a fly on the wall who knows people in the loop but he loves F-ing with the gullible clutchfans folks. Especially when it comes to Dwight or anything having to do with the Lakers. He's a great resource but even Clutch himself said to take it for what it is. He's coming from a different place than you or I and from different avenues that might have a skewed opinion of things in relation to the Lakers especially.

No offense Cyberx but I'm actually shocked you still have a job especially if you are that close to Morey and allow things like this to slip taken out of context. With conversations like this I'm sure it would be pretty easy for him to know who is opening their mouth. Hopefully you are watching your backside cause it would be a shame if you lost your source cause of this.

Exactly, I don't think Morey gets down like that period.

Calling BS and explaining that context matters are two entirely different things. I'm sorry if you think im going to scare off the inside source but i think it's more than fair to point at least acknowledge. I don't think Cyberx is nearly as sensitive as his disciples on here. If he has a problem with something people relaying back he's a big boy and can handle it himself.

Context I understand. I'm with you there.

People saying, "We don't believe a single syllable because, well, this is the age of contrarians and I am one," well, that's another.

On this team, DJ at 11-12 million is so much better than Dwight at 23 million, at Dwight's current state. If this was close to Orlando-Dwight, I would gladly pay him 23 million per year but it's not and most likely never will be anymore.

Dwight is the superior player, on both ends but DJ know his role and lives it everyday. Wish Dwight would follow the same and be a glorified Tyson Chandler/DJ, instead of trying to be Shaq. Heck, if Dwight just focused on defense and being a clean-up/pick and roll target only I would gladly pay him his salary. Thats how dominant he is on those things.

Morey should be looking for a real 2nd star. Dwight has always been a #3 star, in my opinion.

Maybe because it is blatentky obvious. If Howard would accept he isn't a go to guy and just do the things he's good at this team would dominate. He needs to figure that out pretty quick or he is going to hold this team back from reaching its potential.

Sometimes guys need to start hearing these kind of things from people other than fans for it to sink in. Just like when Nosh Smith first got here he wanted to be a starter. He expected to be a starter. Then more and more people started talking about him fitting in better with the second unit and how much more it would help the team. Even the announcers were saying it over and over game after game. Finally it sunk in and he accepted it.

Howard needs to understand what is best for the team and accept that as his role.

His statement is simply untrue. There’s no way Morey would ever make a definitive statement like that simply because of his background. People who deal in analytics do not ever deal in absolutes when it comes to the future. Morey can add LeBron and Jordan tomorrow to this team and still wouldn’t say the Rockets will win the title.

Morey farted and it sounded like he was saying DeAndre Jordan. Source exposed.

YOU are one of my favorite posters in the GARM dobro, so I'm hoping that you don't actually believe this was actually said by Morey. I'm not saying cyberx didn't here this from someone, but I really doubt that someone heard that from Morey himself! The only reason this would intentionally get circulated is to start a <strike>fire,</strike> inferno!

A man can dream, but how cool would it be if Dwight opted out in 2016 and took a pay cut to stay with us so we can get Durant? Random thought for the day..

I would too. DMo isn't untouchable for a megatrade, but for the type of trade the Rockets are looking for now, Dmo has to stay put. He is DH insurance.
