Rockets were one of the least ISO teams last year according to the advanced statistics... also, Harden was not amongst the leaders in ISO's last year, but he was in the top 4 for effectivness when isolating... actually higher efficiency than when Houston DIDNT isolate. Also, if you want primetime Dragic, it isn't him passing the ball.... it is him coming off PNR, driving, pulling up for 3's.
PF IMO is the weakest position in the lineup... but I'd say it's a tie between PG and PF. Both VERY thin.

I'm sure PHX won't do anything with Dragic until the Bledsoe deal is consummated... don't want to lose leverage in negotiations.

Lets put it this way.... right now, I think Jeff Adrien will be the Rockets starting PF by mid season if the Rockets don't make any PF moves.

Isn't it weird how insiders here always seem to have information that fits nicely into the conversations at hand and never seem to break anything that wasn't being talked about already? Why don't insiders ever report when the Rockets sign Jeff Adrien, Joey Dorsey, Trevor Ariza, etc. this year or any other number of moves that happen. Who was the insider who knew about the trade for Jordan Hamilton? (hint, no one) Insiders seem to only have knowledge about what clutchfans is already talking about. (Cyber is an exception here as he clearly gets a lot of gossip, whether most of it is crap or not is at issue)
I don't know how advanced stats are calculated but I'm just going off the eye test and it seemed like he ISO'ed more than said advanced stats. Perhaps it was the lack of creativity in McHale's offense. I agree Harden is very effective when he does ISO for the most part and if anyone should ISO it should be him. I wouldn't mind Dragic but that's why I always felt our number 1 target should've been Rondo and I'd take Bledsoe before Dragic.
This isn't the 1980's or 1990's. People in the inner circle that have a big mouth don't last long. The agents and staff are professionals, not some guy from the neighborhood... the front offices now don't have trade discussions in the mall or loosely let information get out. The media has been shutout unless it is a strategic leak.
Not just one here but on twitter as well. All of this PG talk came out right after George Karl said we got rid of Parsons to get a PG. I dont mind anyone telling us what they hear though. They could be connected to the media
