Time to rebuild.... AGAIN. If I'm Anthony Davis, I'm forcing a trade out of New Orleans. He most likely will never win a championship there. Get er done, moray.
Mmmmmmmmmm no. I'd say no to that and I'm as big a Rubio fan as there is. Pek has 3 more years left and he can't stay healthy 50% of the time now. Simply no way. I don't think Morey would do it. I can see the possibility of Morey swallowing down Martin and even Budinger...but not Pek.

Dwight+pick for Brook and Plumlee? Just for kicks: Dragic/Pat Harden/Terry Ariza/Brewer Smith/Jones Lopez/Plumlee
Maybe, but if they think dwight is damaged goods, it may be the best option they have...not that I think they would trade Dwight anyway..
If they trade dwight, not even two years into his contract, no star player will ever want to play here in my opinion. They won't trade Dwight unless he wants out.

Yeah if they think Dwight is damaged goods definitely trade for a guy with multiple stress fractures in his foot.

What do you expect them to say? Morey: "Great question Aquarealized... Yeah were ****ed, Howard's knees are dust."
Question for whoever can answer. Could the Rockets offer Dragic a semi back-loaded contract in the offseason? One that would pay him whatever the Rockets could afford next season and then 15 million per 3 years prior? For a total of 4 years / 53 Million. Kind of, sort of like Lin/Ask.
The reason why that worked on Lin and Asik is because they were restricted free agents, so the team had to match the contract that the Rockets offered, which is why back loading (causing large luxury tax penalties in certain years) was a deterrent to match the contract offer. Since Dragic is unrestricted, he's openly negotiating contracts with different teams and there is no "matching" feature, so the "poison pill" would not apply.
