    What don't I understand. Am I wrong about what he teaches everyday?

    The superintendent seems to have already decided faculty diversity is the problem. I'm sure there are other firms who can examine achievement gaps

    The school board did that, she did not do all of that on her own.

    You have no idea how a school board works and what a super can and cannot do.

    Are you talking about the super intendant?

    It isn't just his finding. It has been found nation wide and historically. There is data to back it up. It doesn't all come from him. There is data from the National Board of Education that backs it up. His academic credibility doesn't just come from him being a minority and finding that a diverse faculty could help the students.

    Until you understand there is a back log and history of data all pointing to these same things, you are arguing against stuff that just makes no sense.





    The last one directly addresses how some of these issues help students.
